Who we’re looking for

The ideal qualifications:

  • Have a basic understanding of the sales funnel/sales pipeline with a minimum of 1 year experience.
  • Have good communication skills in both verbal and written
  • Must have a good understanding of Business and Data industry
  • Familiarity with customer service methods through Whatsapp
  • Have the tenacity to face a lot of customers every day
  • Patience in customer handling.
  • Able to work with Google Suites (Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides).
  • Able to work in a team.
  • Self-driven and Initiative
  • Able to handle a dynamic and agile working environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Hunting, canvassing, and farming B2C leads (including direct message & cold call) through our Sales Channels.
  • Assist potential leads, ask their pain points, provide them with solutions, and convert them to become Pacmann’s user.
  • Document sales process and results for further use.
  • Provide insights regarding current sales conditions based on conversations with leads.
