Who we’re looking for
The ideal qualifications:
- Have a basic understanding of the sales funnel/sales pipeline with a minimum of 1 year experience.
- Have good communication skills in both verbal and written
- Must have a good understanding of Business and Data industry
- Familiarity with customer service methods through Whatsapp
- Have the tenacity to face a lot of customers every day
- Patience in customer handling.
- Able to work with Google Suites (Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides).
- Able to work in a team.
- Self-driven and Initiative
- Able to handle a dynamic and agile working environment.
Responsibilities:
- Hunting, canvassing, and farming B2C leads (including direct message & cold call) through our Sales Channels.
- Assist potential leads, ask their pain points, provide them with solutions, and convert them to become Pacmann’s user.
- Document sales process and results for further use.
- Provide insights regarding current sales conditions based on conversations with leads.
