Job Overview

Maintaining a good learning environment for Pacmann students is a never-ending dedication for us right now. Taking good business insights from data, doing experiments, and performing predictive analytics could become a solution to optimize the learning process of Pacmann students.

We are looking for a data talent (Data Analyst or Data Scientist) who helps us deliver data solutions for teams in Pacmann. This position is FULL-TIME and ON-SITE (based in Jakarta)

Responsibilities

  1. Data consultant. Help other team members solve their business problems using data, e.g.
    • Performing gap analysis.
    • Building analytics dashboard.
    • Building predictive models.
  1. Data trainer. Share your data skills with Pacmann students and other team members. You will be given some exciting data courses to teach and develop.

Basic Qualifications

  1. Have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Mathematics, or Statistics.
  2. Have a min. 2-3 years of work experience in a data-related industry.
  3. Good understanding in (or) – the more the merrier:
    • Programming (Python and SQL) is mandatory.
    • Statistics and Probability.
    • Building analytical dashboards. (Tableau, PowerBI, and/or, Metabase)
    • Machine learning models and how it works.
  1. A fast learner.
  2. Able to effectively synthesize, visualize, and communicate your ideas to others, including non-technical audiences.

What You Can Expect

  1. A very competitive salary, around Rp 8,000,000 to Rp 9,000,000 per month, based on your skills.
