Who we’re looking for

This vacancy is a full-time position for Business Development Associate based in Jakarta 


  • Conduct research to identify potential clients, industries, competitors, and market trends.
  • Identify and create leads through various channels such as networking, cold calling, and online research.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Develop sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and business goals.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to showcase the organization’s services.
  • Create proposals that address client needs.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, events, etc.).
  • Create engaging and relevant content for various platforms, including blogs, social media, and videos.
  • Manage and maintain the organization’s brand identity and messaging consistency.
  • Manage marketing activities such as SEO, social media, email campaigns, advertising, media relations, press releases, and public appearances to enhance brand reputation.
  • Understand customer needs, conduct market analysis, and gather user feedback.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements.
  • Work with engineering, design, 
  • and other teams to develop products.
  • Plan and execute product launches, including marketing campaigns and sales support.

Ideal Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field is often required. Advanced degrees or certifications in marketing can be advantageous.
  • A min 2 years experience in marketing sales or similar roles (preferably in B2B firms).
  • A strong understanding of the consulting industry, its key players, and the specific services offered by the firm.
  • Strong skills to create engaging and informative content, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and presentations.
  • Ability to manage the firm’s brand identity, ensuring consistency in messaging and visual elements across various platforms.
  • Proficiency in conducting market research, analyzing industry trends, and gathering insights to inform marketing strategies.
  • Experience in planning and executing events, webinars, workshops, and conferences to showcase the firm’s expertise.
  • Effective networking, sales, and negotiation skills to connect with potential clients, partners, and industry influencers.
  • Ability to create compelling presentations that effectively communicate the firm’s value proposition.
  • Ability to align product development strategies with the consulting firm’s overall goals and objectives.
  • Ability to think creatively and propose innovative solutions that differentiate the firm’s offerings in the market.
  • A keen understanding of client pain points and the ability to design solutions that address their specific needs.
